Our School Vision is:

We are a loving, inclusive family, rooted in our Christian Values and nurturing ethos. We provide a positive learning environment where all children can achieve their full potential.

Welcome from Mrs Boardman, our Executive Head

Our school is a caring, inclusive community, with children firmly at its heart. We would be delighted to share your child’s learning journey and to welcome you as a part of the Westleigh Methodist Primary School family.

As a Methodist school, we are guided by the principle to “do all the good we can.” This is reflected in our strong commitment to equality, tolerance, and respect for one another, our environment, and our wider community. We strive to nurture confident, enthusiastic, and compassionate children who enjoy working together, give their best, and are ready to influence the world.

Our theological vision, “With God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26), underpins everything we do. Our Christian ethos is lived out daily through our core values of love, teamwork, thankfulness, generosity, peace, forgiveness, equality, and justice. These values shape our culture, our relationships, and our learning—and they are a source of great pride.

I warmly invite you to explore our school and discover the special spirit that makes Westleigh Methodist Primary School such a wonderful place to learn and grow.

Welcome from Mrs Fiendley, our Head of School

Welcome to our school community, where every child is valued and supported.

It is a privilege to be the Head of School at Westleigh Methodist Primary. I feel fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated staff team, Trust and wider community. Together, we are committed to providing a nurturing and high-quality education, with our children at the heart of everything we do.

Our core values: love, teamwork, thankfulness, generosity, peace, forgiveness, equality and justice shape daily life in school. They guide how we learn, how we treat one another and how we contribute to our community. We are proud of the strong relationships between pupils, staff, parents and carers, and believe working together is key to every child’s success.

We offer a broad and engaging curriculum that encourages curiosity, creativity and a love of learning. We also place great importance on wellbeing, ensuring every child feels safe, supported and confident to be themselves. Our Christian vision, ‘With God all things are possible’ (Matthew 19:26), inspires us to aim high for all.

As a Methodist school, we strive to ‘do all the good we can’, promoting respect, equality and care for others. We aim to develop thoughtful, compassionate learners who are ready to make a positive difference in school and in the wider community.

Thank you for visiting our website. We are proud of our school and warmly welcome you to be part of our community.

Please contact us if you would like any further information.

I look forward to meeting you.
